NEW! A set of 3 weighted balls designed to strengthen your pelvic floor
Start by applying plenty of lube to yourself and your Kegel Training Set before use. We recommend a non-drip, water-based lube like Hello Cake’s Toy Wonder.
After applying lube you’re ready to get started! Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the exerciser ball into the vagina with a firm but gentle push. The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2 cm / 1 in inside the vagina.
To perform kegel exercises, tighten your pelvic floor muscles as if you are stopping the flow of urine. You’ll need to tighten or squeeze enough to feel it working, but not too tight so that you’re squeezing your inner thighs, back, buttocks or stomach. Remember to breathe with each rep!
Try holding each rep for 3 seconds at a time, then relax, pause, and repeat. Work your way up to completing 10 of these exercises in a set. Start by doing 2 sets a day, one in the morning and one at night. Once you’ve gained strength, add a 3rd set into your routine.
