Why Kegel Training Set?

Add to Cart
Strengthen pelvic floor

The Kegel Training Set comes with 3 weights so you can ease into your training and increase the difficulty level as you gain more strength.

Stronger Climaxes

The Kegel Training Set may help strengthen the muscles that contract and release during orgasms, potentially leading to stronger sensations.

Postpartum Support

Pregnancy and childbirth can cause the pelvic floor muscles to weaken. The Kegel Training set may help strengthen those muscles to improve your overall pelvic floor health.

Bladder control

Keeping your pelvic floor muscles strong is essential to improving bladder control. The Kegel Training Set is the perfect support to help you stay in control.

How to get the most out of Kegel training set

  • Step 01 Lube Up

Start by applying plenty of lube to yourself and your Kegel Training Set before use. We recommend a non-drip, water-based lube like Hello Cake’s Toy Wonder.

  • Step 02 Ease In

After applying lube you’re ready to get started! Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the exerciser ball into the vagina with a firm but gentle push. The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2 cm / 1 in inside the vagina.

  • Step 03 Start pumping

To perform kegel exercises, tighten your pelvic floor muscles as if you are stopping the flow of urine. You’ll need to tighten or squeeze enough to feel it working, but not too tight so that you’re squeezing your inner thighs, back, buttocks or stomach. Remember to breathe with each rep!

Try holding each rep for 3 seconds at a time, then relax, pause, and repeat. Work your way up to completing 10 of these exercises in a set. Start by doing 2 sets a day, one in the morning and one at night. Once you’ve gained strength, add a 3rd set into your routine.

  • How do I use it?
    • Start by applying plenty of lube to yourself and your Kegel Training Set before playing. We recommend a water-based lube such as Hello Cake’s Toy Lube—a no drip, super slick, water-based lubricant.
    • Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the exerciser ball into the vagina with a firm but gentle push. The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2cm / 1in inside the vagina.
    • To perform kegel exercises tighten your pelvic floor muscles as if you are stopping the flow of urine. You’ll need to tighten or squeeze enough to feel it working, but not too tight so that you’re squeezing your inner thighs, back, buttocks or stomach. Remember to breathe with each rep!
      1. Try it and hold for three seconds at a time, then relax and repeat.
      2. When you get comfortable, try to mix and match the weights to increase resistance. Start light, and increase as you get stronger!
      3. For beginners we suggest starting with an empty bladder, and in a sitting or lying down position. While you can walk around while using Kegel Training Set, you should only do so for short periods of time!
  • How do I remove it?

To remove, gently pull at the string like you would remove a tampon. Take a deep breath, relax and go slow. If you experience resistance or discomfort, try removing it in a warm bath or shower. Wash your hands and Kegel Training Set after each use.
