Don’t worry, you won’t be charged for the prescription until after you’re approved by a doctor.

You need a government issued ID and credit card on-hand so the doctor knows who they are treating when they review your intake form. We take privacy and security very seriously so all of your information is taken over our secure platform.

For active prescriptions, you can request a refill today directly in your account.

1) In your dashboard, navigate to Subscriptions.

2) Locate the prescription you’d like to renew and click “Get a Refill.”
4) Select “Get it now.” From here you’ll be able to confirm you want to be charged today and your order will be shipped within 2 – 3 business days.
If you’re not able to sign in, you might be located in our old system. Please email our support team at meds@hellocake.com and our team can cancel your subscription in the old system so you can start a new one in our new system.

If you started your prescription before 11/01/2024,  you’ll want to make sure you are using the below link to sign in: https://app.hellocake.com/user/

You can cancel your prescription at any time.

1) Login to your account and head to the Subscriptions section.

2) Click Manage and there you will see option to Cancel Your Subscription.
