Are there delays?
Due to Covid-19, carriers are experiencing increased delays in transit times. In addition to this, tracking scans have been appearing closer to the delivery location than from the shipping location. This means that even if your tracking link has not populated since its initial scan, your order has most likely already been shipped and is on its way!
Most shipments are arriving within 7-12 business days. However, we are not able to control unforeseen delays. If anything gets held up past 12 business days, we apologize in advance and thank you for bearing with us during these unchartered times.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states—we got you, Hawaii and Alaska!).
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping within the United States, but we hope to ship to more countries soon! Check back in the near future.
How long does it take to arrive?
Typically, our products arrive within 7-12 business days. Click on the tracking number on the order confirmation you received to see the exact journey your order will take from us to you.
Do you offer express and/or overnight shipping?
Not currently, but will be coming soon.
When will my order ship?
Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday (except holidays).

Check your tracking number. It can be found in your email—and we know it’s fun to follow the progress. We’re just as excited about you using our products as you are!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free across all subscriptions as well as orders over $30. A flat rate shipping cost of $4.95 will be added on any order under $30.
What happens if an item I want is on back-order? Pre-order? Sold-out?

Do you have a guarantee policy?
Heck yeah! We believe in our products, and we want you to love them. That’s why we offer the Good Times Guarantee. The GTG means you can try Cake, risk-free. If you don’t like the product, we’re committed to making it right. Just reach out to us within 30 days for a refund, credit or replacement at email@example.com.
What is your return and/or exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened and/or used. These are products used for sex, after all!
If you would like to apply for a refund or exchange due to the product arriving incorrectly and/or damaged, please notify us within 14 business days via firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, include a photo.
How does this stuff arrive? Do you offer discreet packaging?
Our packages arrive in a simple brown box, free from branding on the outside. The shipping label will say from “Cake,” but that is the only identifying mark on the exterior of the packaging. Don’t worry—no one will know what’s inside (unless you decide to share!)
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
For most major financial institutions, the charge appears simply as “Cake.”
Can I buy a gift card?

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, plus PayPal and Apple Pay.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Having issues? Double check your info, including your name, credit card number, expiration date, three-digit code, and billing address.

Where is the expiration date?
The expiration date can be found on the bottom of each bottle, along with the lot code.
How long are your products good for?
Once you’ve opened it, your Cake product is good for 12 months. That’s a full year of happy, healthy sex!
What if my product is damaged? The bottle is leaking, the pump won’t work, the seal is broken?
We guarantee that Cake products will arrive in good condition. We want you to feel confident about using them on your body, after all! If you find our product has not arrived in good condition, please contact email@example.com we’ll make it right.
How should I store my product?
Store your lubricant upright in a cool, dry environment, out of direct sunlight.
What if nothing comes out of the bottle?
Bottles with pumps: depress the pump several times and the product will start to come out. Ta da!
Bottles that have caps: unscrew the cap and remove the protective seal. You got it!
What happens if I have an allergic reaction or the product irritates me (or my partner’s) skin?
We sincerely hope that doesn’t happen! But if you or your partner experience a reaction to any of our products, you should discontinue use immediately, then clean the affected area with soap and water. If irritation persists, contact your healthcare provider.
What are your lubes, jellies and lotions compatible with?
Motion Lotion: works with skin and skin-on-skin contact. It is not recommended for use with condoms, stroker sleeves or jelly toys.
Tush Cush: safe for use with all toy materials, including latex.
Toy Joy: safe for use with all toy materials, including latex.
Organic Aloe: safe for use with all toy materials. It works with most condom materials, except polyisoprene.
Backside Slide: safe for use with all condom materials. Backside slide is compatible with glass, metal, stone, and wood toys, but you should check with the toy manufacturer before using it with silicone toys. Please use caution as this product is very slippery and and will spill out of the bottle immediately. It may stain some fabrics.
Are Feel Fresh wipes flushable, biodegradable and recyclable? What else?
Are Feel Fresh wipes flushable? Biodegradable? Yes and yes!
Is the carton recyclable? Sure is.
Are the wipes compostable? No, unfortunately some of the ingredients in the cleansing solution is not the best to mix with your compost pile.
Is the foil wrapper that holds the individual wipe recyclable? No, the film used for the wipe packet is not recyclable and should be disposed of with your regular household waste.
Are the lubricant products edible?
We hate to tell you that our lubricant products are not edible. However, we know that things happen, so should a small amount of lube end up in your mouth, don’t flip out—a small amount won’t be harmful if ingested. Just don’t consume it like you would a food or drink.

Are Cake products recyclable?
Yes, our bottles, pumps and caps and made of recyclable PET-1 and PP-5 material. Our unit cartons are recyclable and compostable and our outer shipping boxes are manufactured using post consumer materials and are recyclable and compostable.
How do I dispose of the bottle after I’m done?
Please place empty packaging in your recycling bin assuming PET-1 and PP-5 is recyclable in the area you live in.
Is there a guarantee?
We guarantee that our product will arrive to you in good condition, free from damage or leaking. If you find our product has not arrived in good condition, or if the protective tamper seal is not intact, please contact email@example.com within 30 days from purchase for next steps.
Can I have my money back?
If your products are unopened, please review return information above or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Unfortunately, returns or refunds cannot be processed on used or opened lubricant, wipes, or personal care products.
